Fortunately, these days are over! CuP 2.0 now has a developer panel integrated into the store.
When you start CuP with the --dev argument, a new button will appear in the store. When you click Dev Panel only your uploaded add-ins and textures will be listed. There you can see how many users have them installed, upload a new add-in or texture or edit an existing one.
A new feature that can help many developers out there is the option to upload the contents of the dev folder without having to select the files manually. This is valid for add-ins and textures.
For texture there are even more new features. You don't have to upload the zip and icon files anymore if you just want to update the description, for example. If you want to update the icon, upload just the icon and so on.
If your texture.xml had any error, the old interface would only show the first error and you were responsible for figuring out what was going on. The new interface shows all the errors at once and the line that has the error.
Previously everything was treated as errors, but now if you do a mistake that can be fixed automatically CuP will give you a warning, fix the issue and upload the texture if there is no other errors.
I would like to thank CPHax2, who made all the client part of the dev panel. Thanks for the help!
I hope this new panel will be helpful for all CuP developers.
